Currently under review in Ginninderry, this home was inspired by Scandinavian simplicity. It has been designed to fit big ideas onto a limited development block which contained two easements reducing the buildable area.
The design focuses on maximising height to the front of the block and combined with a glass hall to fill the house with sunlight and give connection to the outdoor entertaining area, giving a real Wow factor.
Keep your eye out, as this house makes its appearance in early 2022.
